Welcome to Baby Monitor. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our baby monitor mobile application (“App”) operated by White Mirror OU (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
The App allows two mobile devices to connect over a network to monitor audio and video from one device (the “Monitor = Baby Device”) to the other (the “Receiver = Parent Device). It is intended solely for monitoring babies or small children.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring both devices have secure network connections.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Permissions
The App requires access to:
- Camera: to stream live video.
- Microphone: to capture and stream audio.
- Audio Output: to allow the Receiver device to play back audio.
- Network access: to connect 2 or more devices.
Your use of the App constitutes consent to use these features.
5. Data and Connectivity
The App may use Wi-Fi, mobile data, bluetooth or other local networks. You are responsible for any data charges incurred. We are not responsible for connection issues that affect monitoring quality.
6. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of audio/video transmission. It is not a substitute for personal supervision.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
